Lessonsformusic.com was founded in New York City, the city which for years has produced some of the finest music teachers and musicians in the world. Our teachers have years of experience; in the classroom, on the stage, in the studio and in the pits, many of whom hold music degrees from some of the world's most prestigious music schools such as: The Juilliard School and Berklee College of Music. Our students attend some of the best schools in New York City, such as Chapin, Spence, Dalton, Horace Mann, Stuyvesant, PS6, PS16, and Buckley. We offer lessons on:

In addition to our regular 1/2 hour, 45 min, or hour long lessons, we also offer our students the opportunity to perform in and put together their own band. Under a teacher's supervision they will rehearse in a music studio, which will allow them to interact with other music students, build mentorship, gain self-esteem and have lots of fun. We also have a battle of the bands contest and recitals at the end of each semester.
